Position Details:
- Title: Project Manager
- Location: New York, NY
- Status: Full-Time | In-Office (with site visits)
Ideal Candidate:
- 3+ years of experience managing engineering or energy projects
- Strong working knowledge of BAS/BMS systems and commercial HVAC infrastructure
- Familiarity with NY/NJ utility incentive programs (ConEd, NYSERDA, NJ SmartStart)
- Understanding of project budgeting, forecasting, and scheduling
- Experience managing internal engineering teams and deliverables
- Capable of handling scope, budget, and timeline tracking using PM tools
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple ongoing energy projects from conception through completion
- Collaborate with sales team for pre-bid reviews and contract documentation
- Manage materials, labor, and scheduling to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Review POs, scopes, and subcontractor agreements
- Coordinate job site visits and actively oversee project progress in the field
- Ensure timely delivery and correct installation of equipment and materials
- Create and manage RFIs, change orders, and closeout documentation
- Track project KPIs including revenue forecasting and percent complete
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $100,000 - $165,000 (Based on experience)
