Facilities Management – Winston-Salem, NC

$35.00 - $45.00/Hour + Excellent Benefits – On-Site Role Supporting Major Hospital Facility

We’re seeking a skilled Facilities Management professional to join a growing team of controls and HVAC experts. This role is based at a large hospital facility in Winston-Salem and requires hands-on technical experience with Tridium systems and facilities oversight. Ideal for someone with strong DDC integration knowledge and a proactive, independent work ethic.

Position Details:

• Title: Facilities Management
• Location: Winston-Salem, NC (On-Site)
• Compensation: $35.00 – $45.00/hour
• Schedule: 40-hour work week | No travel required

Key Responsibilities:

• DDC programming, design, and integration of building control systems
• Monitor and maintain Tridium-based building automation systems
• Read, interpret, and modify sequence of operations
• Conduct point-to-point checkout and system troubleshooting
• Configure and integrate control systems (BACnet, Modbus, etc.)
• Adjust setpoints and support onsite facilities staff with operational insights
• Collaborate with hospital stakeholders to manage preventive maintenance programs
• Assist in budget estimation and labor/material cost tracking for system upgrades and maintenance

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience as a Building Manager, Facilities Manager, Maintenance Manager, or similar
• Strong working knowledge of Tridium systems
• Excellent understanding of HVAC controls, DDC, and building system integration
• Effective communication and collaboration skills when working with contractors and end-users
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of onsite systems
