Position Details:

• Title: Sr. Electrical Engineer
• Location: Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid/Remote eligible)
• Status: Full-Time
• Salary Range: $100,000 – $140,000 (DOE) + Bonus

Ideal Candidate:

• B.S. in Electrical Engineering
• EIT required; CA P.E. License preferred
• 5+ years of experience in electrical systems design and engineering
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit
• Knowledge of CEC, NEC, CBC, CALGreen, LEED, and Title 24 codes/standards
• Strong leadership, coordination, and client-facing skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project design and coordination with clients, architects, and trades
• Manage teams in the delivery of electrical system designs
• Conduct building load, voltage drop, and short circuit calculations
• Prepare QA/QC drawings using AutoCAD and Revit
• Oversee RFIs, submittals, and budget estimates
• Perform site surveys and ensure compliance with codes and standards
• Train and mentor engineering staff
• Develop and maintain design templates and processes
• Assist in business development and client presentations
