HVAC Service Technician – Dallas, TX – Up to $45/hr. + Company Vehicle + Overtime

About the Opportunity:

A well-established, full-service HVAC solutions provider is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to support projects across the Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area. This is a hands-on field role with diverse service responsibilities for commercial and institutional facilities. Technicians are equipped with a company vehicle and work on a range of large-scale systems including chillers, air handlers, control systems, and more.

Position Details:

• Title: HVAC Service Technician
• Location: Dallas, TX
• Status: Full-Time | Field-Based
• Territory: Dallas-Fort Worth Metro (Occasional travel within 150-mile radius)

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience as an HVAC Service Technician or similar role
• Skilled in troubleshooting, startup, commissioning, and servicing of commercial HVAC systems
• Experience working with chillers, air handler pump towers, cooling towers, control systems, boilers, and refrigeration equipment
• Ability to diagnose issues and perform repairs or replacements effectively
• Strong understanding of electrical schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams
• Capable of testing, verifying, and documenting system performance
• Clear communicator with clients, building owners, and contractors
• Daikin experience is a plus
• Team-oriented, professional, and dependable

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance on HVAC systems
• Execute installs, startups, and commissioning tasks
• Identify risks and preventative maintenance needs
• Interpret technical drawings and ensure accurate implementation
• Ensure systems are compliant and fully operational upon installation
• Provide on-site troubleshooting and technical support

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly Rate: Up to $45/hr. (Based on experience)
• Overtime: Available
• Bonus: Additional $1,000/year added to 401k with no major accidents or safety violations
