Position Details:

• Title: Mechanical Engineer (Mid & Sr. Level)
• Location: San Jose, CA
• Salary Range: $85,000 – $160,000 (DOE)
• Status: Full-Time | In-Office with Site Visits

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and design HVAC mechanical systems for buildings, central plants, and facilities
• Write technical proposals, engineering reports, and project documentation
• Manage multiple deadlines independently and make informed design decisions
• Perform Title-24 compliance and heating/cooling load calculations
• Select and size HVAC equipment, ductwork, and piping systems
• Occasional job site walks to support project planning and field coordination
• Use of MS Office required; proficiency with AutoCAD or Revit is a plus

Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 3+ years of experience designing HVAC systems
• Strong background in mechanical layout and system sizing
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in a team setting
