This position requires union membership (or willingness to join). Position Details:

• Title: HVAC Journeyman Technician
• Location: Colorado Springs, CO
• Status: Full-Time | Union (Above-scale pay available)

Responsibilities:

• Manage field service work and oversee HVAC installation jobs within the Colorado Springs area
• Independently handle job sites and coordinate with subcontractors and internal teams
• Install and service a variety of HVAC systems: RTUs, chillers, MAUs, pump skids, split systems, and VRF systems
• Operate air handling units, fan coils, exhaust fans, condensers, and chilled water pumps
• Provide training and guidance to end users on HVAC system operations and routine maintenance

Ideal Candidate:

• Journeyman HVAC license or equivalent experience
• Union membership or willingness to join the local union
• Strong field experience with commercial and institutional HVAC systems
• Independent, organized, and effective communicator
