Position Details:

• Title: HVAC Service Sales Representative
• Location: Colorado Springs, CO
• Status: Full-Time
• Compensation: $60,000 – $75,000 Base + Lucrative Commission Plan (OTE $100K+ in Year 1)

Ideal Candidate Background:

• Currently in HVAC Service Sales OR
• Currently in another industry’s Service/Maintenance Sales role OR
• HVAC Technician looking to move into Sales OR
• Recent graduate with interest in Sales and client relations

Primary Responsibilities:

• Sell HVAC service/maintenance contracts and related work
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and develop new customer accounts
• Follow up on old accounts and re-engage potential clients
• Balance office time (cold calling, prospecting) with in-person customer visits
• Manage client expectations and ensure successful project execution
• Cross-sell additional solutions in collaboration with other departments

Day-to-Day Breakdown:

• Approximately 70% sales prospecting (cold calling, email outreach, CRM updates)
• Approximately 30% in the field visiting customers and prospects

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years outside sales experience
• High school diploma or GED (Associate’s degree preferred)
• HVAC, facility services, or property management background preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to climb ladders and access rooftop HVAC systems
• Carry 30+ lbs. tool bag occasionally for job site assessments
• Work in confined spaces and inclement weather as needed
