A reputable MEP design firm is seeking an experienced Electrical Designer for its Dallas, TX office. This company has been in operation for over 30 years and works on projects across 30+ states in sectors like multifamily, hospitality, education, municipal, and more. Position Details:

• Title: Electrical Designer
• Location: Dallas, TX
• Status: Full-Time | In-Office

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $55,000 – $70,000 (Depending on Experience)
• Discretionary Bonus (1–2 times/year)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design 120v/240v and/or 120v/208v power and lighting systems
• Perform power load analysis and develop one-line diagrams
• Use AutoCAD and Revit to produce detailed electrical designs
• Apply photometric software such as Visual for lighting calculations
• Interpret sketches, drawings, and other technical documents
• Ensure compliance with current industry codes and standards
• Maintain excellent project time management and organization

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in commercial, multifamily, or residential building projects
• Strong proficiency in both AutoCAD and Revit (Required)
• Knowledge of electrical systems design and construction documentation
• Familiarity with sustainable and energy-efficient design concepts
