Position Details:

• Title: HVAC Service Technician (Commercial)
• Location: Greater Cincinnati, OH (North Cincinnati / West Chester)
• Status: Full-Time | Field-Based

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Pay: $75,000 – $90,000 ($36 – $44/hour) based on experience
• Incentives: Overtime + Bonus Potential

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex commercial HVAC and control system issues
• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems according to manufacturer specs
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and systems
• Respond to emergency service calls and diagnose issues quickly
• Provide end-user training for system operation and maintenance
• Oversee field work, subcontractors, and internal project resources
• Ensure safety standards and company procedures are followed on-site

Ideal Candidate:

• 3+ years of experience in commercial HVAC service and repair
• Strong technical background in HVAC systems, diagnostics, and controls
• Experience leading or managing field projects preferred
• Excellent customer communication and time management skills
• EPA certification or state HVAC license is a plus
