- Total Comp Estimate: $95,000 – $120,000+
- Base Salary: $70,000 – $80,000
- Overtime: ~8–10 hours/week (~$25K in additional OT)
- Bonus: 10% Performance Bonus

Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with a Lead Technician during initial training and onboarding
- Perform electrical troubleshooting, read schematics, and assist in power system installations
- Install and service ATS (Automatic Transfer Switches), switchgear, and power distribution equipment in enterprise data centers
- Respond to emergency service calls in mission-critical environments (some nights/weekends may apply)
- Opportunities to troubleshoot remotely from home after ramp-up period (1 year)
Ideal Background:
- Industry Experience: Electrical, UPS, Switchgear, Power Supply, Data Center, Controls/PLC, or similar technical experience
- Veterans Encouraged to Apply: Navy Nuke, Power Generation, Aviation Electrician, or related armed forces electrical/technical experience
- Strong schematic reading and electrical troubleshooting skills
