Key Responsibilities:

• Work under the guidance of a Lead Technician during onboarding
• Read schematics and perform electrical troubleshooting in mission-critical environments
• Install and support ATS (Automatic Transfer Switches), switchgear, and power systems in enterprise data centers
• Participate in on-call rotation for emergency service (some night/weekend work required)
• Opportunities for remote diagnostics work after ramp-up period

Ideal Background:

• Industry Experience: Electrical, PLC Controls, Industrial Power, UPS, Switchgear, Data Center Operations
• Veteran Backgrounds: Navy Nuke, Aviation Electrician, Army Power Systems, or similar technical roles encouraged to apply
• Must be comfortable reading schematics and performing field troubleshooting
