• Salary: $75,000 – $150,000 (Based on Experience and Certifications)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design plumbing systems for a range of commercial, institutional, and mixed-use projects
• Develop construction documents using Revit and AutoCAD in line with schedules and quality standards
• Perform detailed calculations for piping sizing, pressure drops, pump selection, and water heating systems
• Interpret and apply relevant plumbing codes and sustainability requirements
• Attend and contribute to internal and external coordination meetings
• Review submittals, respond to RFIs, and provide site-based construction support
• Mentor junior designers and support professional development within the team

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience as a Senior Plumbing Engineer or in a related role
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and relevant plumbing design tools
• Strong grasp of plumbing systems, sustainability principles, and applicable codes
• PE or CPD Certification preferred
