Key Responsibilities:
- Design plumbing systems for a range of commercial, institutional, and mixed-use projects
- Develop construction documents using Revit and AutoCAD in line with schedules and quality standards
- Perform detailed calculations for piping sizing, pressure drops, pump selection, and water heating systems
- Interpret and apply relevant plumbing codes and sustainability requirements
- Attend and contribute to internal and external coordination meetings
- Review submittals, respond to RFIs, and provide site-based construction support
- Mentor junior designers and support professional development within the team
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience as a Senior Plumbing Engineer or in a related role
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and relevant plumbing design tools
- Strong grasp of plumbing systems, sustainability principles, and applicable codes
- PE or CPD Certification preferred
