Responsibilities:
- Manage full lifecycle of electrical testing and maintenance projects, from planning through completion
- Read and interpret complex electrical schematics, single-line diagrams, and technical manuals
- Define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with internal teams
- Work directly with clients to provide technical expertise in electrical or power systems
- Create and manage change orders as project needs evolve
- Develop and monitor project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency
- Coordinate materials and equipment deliveries to keep projects on schedule
- Track and report on project expenses and progress
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous field experience as a NETA Technician, Relay Technician, or similar power-related role
- Desire to move out of the field into a project management capacity
- Strong technical understanding of electrical testing and maintenance
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively
