Travel vs. Relocation Options:
- Traveling Employees:
- Per Diem: $3,500–$5,000/month (added to weekly paycheck)
- Can be used for rent, hotel, living expenses – no receipt tracking
- Paid flights or gas to travel home two weekends per month
- Relocation Candidates:
- Relocation Package: $15,000–$30,000
- Monthly Premium: $700–$1,000 (instead of Per Diem)
Position Summary:
In this role, you will manage complex construction projects in the MEP space, collaborate cross-functionally, and provide mentorship to junior project personnel. You will be the key point of contact for both internal leadership and clients, ensuring financial, operational, and quality success across projects.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $129,000 – $157,000 (DOE)
- Bonus: Annual performance-based (10%–25%)
- Per Diem: Up to $5,000/month (Travelers only)
- Relocation: Up to $30,000 + $1,000/month premium (Relocation only)

Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee multiple large, complex MEP construction projects
- Develop and implement execution strategies that meet financial and operational targets
- Monitor performance metrics and proactively address issues or delays
- Manage project financials including budgeting, forecasting, and change orders
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain scope and timelines
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and internal leadership
- Mentor junior staff and delegate responsibilities across project teams
- Conduct regular project meetings, site walks, and safety briefings
