Position Details:

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly Pay: $40–$55/hr (DOE)
• Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 (local candidates)

Ideal Candidate:

• 5+ years of hands-on HVAC experience
• Certifications in Chiller Plant Repair (McQuay, Daikin, York)
• Proficient with centrifugal chillers and major brands like McQuay and Daikin
• Strong diagnostic and teardown skills for chiller and HVAC systems
• Experienced in repairing compressors, motors, starters, VFDs, and control systems
• Familiar with Turbocor and centrifugal compressor components
• Capable of maintaining cooling towers and performing combustion analysis and boiler optimization
• Proficient in diagnosing and repairing control valves and heat exchangers
• Able to monitor chiller and cooling tower performance
• Works well independently and on customer-facing teams
• Knowledge of Taco and Riello systems is a plus
