This role focuses on troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining, and installing large steam and hot water boiler systems

Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial/industrial mechanical systems with emphasis on boilers.
- Troubleshoot HVAC components including chillers, air handlers, pumps, towers, controls, refrigeration, and built-up systems.
- Utilize troubleshooting guides, schematics, and diagnostic tools to quickly identify and resolve issues.
- Conduct system checks including safety and limit controls.
- Perform installations, service, and maintenance of boiler and HVAC systems.
- Communicate clearly with customers, explaining issues and solutions in a professional manner.
- Mentor and support service technicians on complex troubleshooting and repairs.
- Respond promptly to a high volume of service calls with professionalism.
- Keep supervisors and managers informed of site developments and customer concerns.
Ideal Candidate:
- 5+ years of experience as an HVAC Boiler Technician or related role.
- Strong expertise in commercial/industrial steam and hot water boiler systems.
- Knowledge of large mechanical and HVAC systems including chillers, air handlers, and refrigeration.
- Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Strong communication and customer service abilities.
- EPA certification required.
