HVAC Project Sales Rep in the Denver, CO region.
This role focuses on driving retrofit, upgrade, and large-scale solution sales while developing relationships
with facility directors and owners. With a strong commission structure and vehicle allowance, this opportunity
is ideal for a motivated sales professional who understands HVAC mechanical systems.

- Base Salary: Up to $98,400
- Commissions: First-year OTE $175,000 – $225,000
- Vehicle: Car allowance provided
- Experience: 5–7 years preferred

Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage HVAC retrofit and project sales in the Denver territory.
- Identify opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growth.
- Build strong relationships with facility directors, owners, and executive-level decision makers.
- Plan and schedule client meetings to maximize engagement and productivity.
- Conduct site surveys of commercial HVAC systems, diagnose issues, and propose effective solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle: lead development, proposals, quoting, and closing deals.
- Prepare customized proposals that align with client goals and budget constraints.
- Deliver presentations, handle objections, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the process.
Ideal Candidate:
- Prior experience as an HVAC Project Sales Rep or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC mechanical systems.
- Proven track record of sales success in retrofit, upgrade, or service project environments.
- Excellent client relationship-building and account management skills.
- Ability to communicate technical solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
