Position Details

• Title: Electrical Project Manager
• Location: Edina, MN
• Salary: $125,000 – $160,000+ (based on experience)
• Employment: Full-time, on-site

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple electrical projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Handle project financial forecasting, budgeting, and scheduling within defined scopes.
• Supervise subcontractors and process change orders as needed.
• Oversee field operations, coordinate schedules, and maintain communication with subcontractors and internal teams.
• Create project guidelines, direct field labor, and ensure materials and equipment are delivered on schedule.
• Collaborate with management on pre-book reviews and documentation procedures.
• Review contract documents to confirm scope requirements and compliance.
• Perform regular site visits to ensure project execution aligns with plans.
• Generate RFIs and close-out documentation in a timely manner.
