A leading provider of power distribution, electrical testing, and technical field services is seeking an experienced
Field Service Manager to oversee field operations across the Greater Fremont and Livermore region.
This leadership role is responsible for driving operational excellence, technician development, process improvement,
and customer satisfaction while supporting a wide range of industrial and commercial clients.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: Up to $150,000
- Sign-On Bonus: $14,000–$35,000 (distributed over 3 years)

About the Role:
This position leads the field service business unit, ensuring alignment with operational, financial, safety, and customer KPIs.
The Field Service Manager will build high-performing teams, manage daily field operations, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and support scalable growth across customer segments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead field service operations and ensure performance against KPI targets
- Drive a culture of safety, integrity, accountability, and teamwork
- Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing service team
- Analyze industrial and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional groups to optimize resources and efficiency
- Communicate effectively with executives, customers, and field personnel
- Interpret and utilize financial data to support operational decision-making
- Implement organizational design strategies to support growth and process improvements
- Lead change management and promote operational excellence standards
- Apply technical expertise to oversee complex field service operations across multiple industries
