Responsibilities:
- Report to the Field Engineering Business Manager for Special Programs.
- Support Operations Supervisor daily to upskill front line associates
- Provide recurring training based on input from Lead Technical coach such as onboarding, monthly reviews or as-needed support training.
- Work alongside the Operations Lead and Operations Supervisor to answer questions as they arise from inspectors including pulling and describing engineering drawings.
- Write daily end of shift emails to Lead Technical Coach and Site Manager detailing daily wins and challenges.
- Support with conducting inspections when Operations are short-staffed.
- Provide analysis and support for Operations for After Action Reports conducted online Units.
- Support with after Inspection Validations with Operations, Client and Supplier.
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow inspection plans and protocols.
- Ability to read and interpret basics of an engineering drawing
- Ability to work in Microsoft office suite and SharePoint
- Ability to work effectively within a quality management system.
- Must be able to read and write in English
- Must be able to meet ITAR requirements
- Must be able to stand for 8 hours per day, crawl in small spaces, and lift up to 50 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Aerospace industry experience

$26 - $32 an hour
