Project Manager, Architecture & Engineering
JOB SUMMARY
- Plan, coordinate, budget and oversee successful completion of construction projects ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget and to quality standards. Develop and maintain schedules and monitor progress while ensuring key stakeholders are informed of project progress.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Education
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- Minimum Work Experience
- Five years’ experience in project management
- Experience working with furniture vendors, architects, contractors.
- Required Licenses/Certifications
- Valid Texas Driver's License
- Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
- Develop plans
- Compile and analyze reports
- Compose applicable policies and procedures
- Compose letters/memoranda
- Coordinate meetings
- Interview potential employees
- Able to research information
- Use computerized spreadsheets to conduct analysis
- Strong computer skills
- Designated Driver
