Growth Product Manager

We are currently looking for a Growth Product Manager in Brazil.In this role, you will drive the full growth engine of a product built for a highly trust-sensitive, knowledge-driven audience. You will own key growth metrics across activation, engagement, and retention, translating insights into clear product and lifecycle improvements. Working closely with engineering and early users, you will turn experimentation into repeatable growth loops that scale over time. This is a hands-on role combining strategy, analytics, messaging, and execution in a fast-moving, remote environment. You will operate with significant autonomy, shaping how users onboard, engage, and return. This position is ideal for a growth-focused product manager who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys building systems from the ground up.
Accountabilities:
- Own the end-to-end growth model, defining and tracking metrics across activation, sharing, invites, reviews, rescoring, and retention
- Build and maintain a weekly growth dashboard and lead a consistent growth review and execution cadence
- Lead early-stage acquisition by recruiting and managing initial user cohorts, including outreach, interviews, and feedback synthesis
- Design and execute lifecycle experiences such as onboarding, re-engagement flows, prompts, and nudges across email and in-product channels
- Own experimentation by prioritizing a growth backlog and running A/B tests and rapid iterations across onboarding, UX, sharing flows, and conversion loops
- Help scale early traction into repeatable usage by developing workflows, onboarding playbooks, and lab-level growth motions
Requirements:- 4 to 6+ years of experience in growth, product growth, or lifecycle roles, ideally within startup environments
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in funnels, cohorts, attribution, and product instrumentation
- Comfort collaborating closely with product and engineering teams to define events and measure impact
- Excellent copywriting and messaging skills, particularly for trust-driven or expert audiences
- Hands-on execution ability, including CRM or lifecycle setup, spreadsheet analysis, and experiment design
- Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and prioritize effectively with limited resources
- Fluency in English, with confidence using academic or professional terminology
- Nice to have experience with community-driven or invite-based growth models
- Nice to have familiarity with academic or research workflows and AI-enabled products where trust and explainability are critical
