We are seeking a property management company looking for a motivated *Part-Time Maintenance Technician* to join the team!

*Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:*

* Repair major and minor issues with equipment and buildings
* Grounds work, maintain all common areas, outside and inside as needed
* Snow Removal and After hour Emergency Maintenance
* Complete maintenance and repair work orders, in a timely fashion
* Order and replace broken parts or equipment
* Maintain a clean and a safe work space
* Prepare vacant apartments for new residents
* Painting, drywall repair, plumbing, electrical and flooring repair
* HVAC repairs
* Perform other duties, as assigned

*Maintenance Technician Qualifications:*

* Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields preferred
* Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment
* Must have own hand tools
* Deadline and detail-oriented
* Ability to handle physical workload
* Electrical knowledge or certification helpful
* Experience working with boiler and cooling towers preferred
* Customer Service attitude
