*Key Responsibilities*

* Serve as the company’s *Licensed Sheet Metal Worker of Record (Master License – SM-M)* for Massachusetts.
* Ensure all operations, permits, and installations meet *Massachusetts Sheet Metal Code* and *HPIN program standards*.
* Provide limited technical oversight or documentation review (no daily field work required).
* Maintain licensing compliance and participate in vendor or HPIN audits if needed.
* Offer occasional training or QA input to internal installation teams.

*Minimum Qualifications*

* *Active Massachusetts Sheet Metal Worker Master License (SM-M)* issued by the *Massachusetts Division of Occupational Licensure*.
* *Minimum 3 years of field experience* in HVAC, sheet metal, or mechanical system installation.
* Strong understanding of *state permitting, code, and inspection processes*.
* Clean record with the *Board of Examiners of Sheet Metal Workers*.
* Familiarity with *Mass Save HPIN program requirements* is preferred (training provided if needed).
* Excellent communication and documentation skills.
* Reliable, responsible, and comfortable in a compliance-driven role.
