Construction Project Manager
Position SummaryThe Project Manager will be responsible for the
day-to-day administration, coordination, scheduling, and execution of assigned construction projects. This role works closely with field leadership, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with contract requirements.This position focuses on project execution and coordination and does
not include direct supervisory responsibilities.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage overall project administration, scheduling, and coordination from start to closeoutMaintain responsibility for project safety, quality control, and financial performancePrepare and manage submittals, subcontracts, and CPM schedulesTrack project progress using updated schedules, as-built drawings, and quantity reportsPrepare and submit project billings and monitor cost performanceAttend and participate in project coordination and progress meetingsCoordinate activities with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliersDevelop change order pricing and submit proposals to clientsMaintain complete and accurate project documentationReview contract documents and construction drawings to identify issues and conflictsPrepare RFIs and recommend practical solutionsClarify plans and specifications for field personnel as neededBuild and maintain strong working relationships with clients and project stakeholdersCommunicate regularly with field teams and management regarding project statusSupport special assignments and stakeholder requests as required
Required QualificationsBachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related disciplineMinimum
7 years of heavy civil construction project management experience, with substantial experience in the U.S. marketStrong background in public infrastructure projectsExperience with roadway, utility, and structural civil constructionProficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specificationsStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organizational, analytical, and prioritization abilitiesProficiency with scheduling and reporting tools such as
Primavera P6 and
Microsoft ProjectWorking knowledge of construction-related software and general computer applications
$95,000 - $150,000 a year
Compensation details: 95000-150000 Yearly Salary
