Job Description:
The Maintenance Technician performs routine maintenance and repairs throughout the property to ensure safe and efficient operations. Works with the engineering team to resolve issues and support guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests.
- Assist in troubleshooting and repair of HVAC systems.
- Maintain tools and inventory in good condition.
- Ensure safety and compliance with company and OSHA standards.
- Support special projects as assigned by the Chief Engineer.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hotel or facility maintenance required.
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varied conditions.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Availability for on-call rotation, weekends, and holidays.
