Project Manager-Construction
Seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to oversee construction projects from pre-construction through final delivery. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality infrastructure projects on time, on budget, and safely.
As a Project Manager, you will serve as the key link between field operations, subcontractors, clients, and internal teamsensuring alignment, accountability, and successful project outcomes across every phase of the build.

THE SKILLS SET NEEDED
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of construction project management experience
- Proven experience managing schedules, budgets, and subcontractors
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, means, and materials
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with project management and scheduling software
PREFERRED SKILLS SET
- Experience in civil, infrastructure, utilities, or industrial construction
- Familiarity with Texas construction regulations and safety standards
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working in a collaborative, fast-growth construction environment
