Enterprise Account Executive

We are currently looking for an Enterprise Account Executive in the United States.As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will own the full sales cycle for large enterprise accounts, driving new revenue and expansion initiatives. You will act as a trusted advisor to both technical and business stakeholders, guiding enterprises to achieve their digital transformation objectives. Partnering closely with cross-functional teams including Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing, you will develop account strategies, deliver consultative presentations, and close complex deals. This role offers the opportunity to influence the adoption of cutting-edge technologies while working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Your efforts will directly contribute to the companys growth, customer success, and market leadership in the digital experience space.
Accountabilities:
- Manage the end-to-end sales process for new logo and expansion enterprise accounts ($50K $1M+ ACV).
- Develop account strategies informed by deep understanding of digital experience, CMS, and content personalization platforms.
- Execute value-based, consultative sales engagements, clearly articulating business outcomes and ROI to C-level executives.
- Collaborate with Sales Engineers, Solution Architects, and Customer Success teams to address technical challenges and ensure customers achieve full value.
- Lead proposal development, including tailored business cases, commercial constructs, and multi-stakeholder deal orchestration.
- Manage RFI/RFQ processes and maintain forecast accuracy using MEDPICC or equivalent sales methodology.
- Drive expansion, cross-sell, and upsell motions, partnering with internal teams to refine go-to-market strategies.
Requirements:- 48+ years of experience selling enterprise SaaS or PaaS solutions, ideally within Martech, CMS, personalization, or digital experience technologies.
- Proven success managing large, complex enterprise deals and consistently achieving or exceeding quotas.
- Expertise in consultative, value-based selling and MEDPICC-driven enterprise sales methodology.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing technology, content workflows, and personalization solutions.
- Experience navigating technical and business stakeholder engagement at VP/C-level.
- Excellent communication, proposal development, and presentation skills.
- Prior experience in CMS or digital experience platform sales is highly preferred.
