Location: Anaheim, CA (Greater Orange County / Los Angeles Area)
Compensation: $39.50 – $46.68/hour + 10%–20% annual incentive bonus

VDC Project Lead to support projects across the Greater Orange County / Los Angeles market.
This role supports digital construction delivery from design through closeout, helping project teams improve constructability,
reduce risk, and execute efficiently through consistent VDC standards, workflows, and model-driven deliverables. The organization

Position Summary
The VDC Project Lead supports projects throughout design, construction, and closeout phases. This role leads VDC project setup,
planning, scheduling, standards, and training while partnering with field and design teams to ensure modeling efforts align with
construction sequencing and project objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support projects through design, construction, and closeout phases
- Lead project planning, scheduling, training, setup, and overall VDC management
- Partner with IT to ensure required hardware and VDC software are installed, configured, and accessible
- Manage VDC workflows and deliver software training to promote efficient project execution
- Oversee VDC development standards and data requirements aligned with project and company objectives
- Coordinate design and construction sequencing to align with VDC modeling efforts
- Develop, coordinate, publish, and validate required system configurations
- Ensure construction documents produced from VDC models meet company standards and project requirements
Ideal Candidate
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Experience supporting VDC efforts for HVAC, piping, plumbing, and/or electrical scopes
- Well-versed in Revit MEP (required)
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and Navisworks preferred
- Knowledge of industry standards such as NVDCS (National VDC Standard), NCS (National CAD Standard), and AEC standards
Controls / Building Systems Exposure
- Exposure to common building systems platforms is a plus, including JCI, Honeywell, and Trane
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay range: $39.50 – $46.68/hour
- Annual incentive bonus: 10%–20% based on performance, profitability, and achievement
