Compensation: $120,000 – $160,000 base salary + 10%–20% annual incentive bonus

VDC Field Supervisor to lead and manage field-based VDC operations across projects in the Greater
DMV area.

Position Summary
The VDC Field Supervisor provides leadership for field-based VDC operations, overseeing layout accuracy,
resource allocation, tool management, and team performance across multiple projects. This role bridges
field execution and operational strategy, ensuring standards are met while supporting team development
and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide field leadership for VDC operations across multiple projects
- Align manpower, layout accuracy, and VDC standards with project requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with project teams and vendor partners
- Manage procurement, vendor coordination, and equipment needs
- Oversee scheduling, task assignments, and resource allocation across projects
- Monitor performance, identify inefficiencies, and implement corrective actions
- Own the lifecycle of tools and equipment, including calibration, deployment, and maintenance
- Delegate effectively to drive accountability, engagement, and professional growth
- Translate field insights into actionable input for strategic planning and operational improvements
Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline
- Practical expertise in VDC layout, surveying technologies, and construction workflows
- Strong leadership and coaching skills with experience guiding multi-level field teams
- 8–10 years of relevant experience, including at least one year in a supervisory or lead role
- Ability to operate in a field-focused, fast-paced project environment
Controls & Building Systems Exposure
- Exposure to common building systems platforms including JCI, Honeywell, and Trane
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary range: $120,000 – $160,000
- Annual incentive bonus: 10%–20% based on performance, profitability, and achievement
