About the Opportunity

A nationally recognized electrical construction and engineering firm is seeking a Project Safety Manager to join its expanding data center team in Northern Milwaukee. This role is a critical part of ensuring site safety, compliance, and an injury-free culture across large-scale projects in a fast-paced, high-growth sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead site safety initiatives to maintain an incident and injury-free work environment
• Develop, implement, and monitor project-specific safety plans and protocols
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA, ASTM, ANSI, and all local and federal safety regulations
• Conduct regular site safety audits and collaborate with subcontractors to ensure alignment
• Investigate incidents, report findings, and coordinate corrective action plans with leadership
• Submit weekly safety reports and incident tracking documentation
• Deliver safety training, orientation, and field testing for employees and contractors

Qualifications

• OSHA 30 Certification required
• 5+ years of construction safety experience, ideally within data center or large-scale electrical projects
• In-depth knowledge of NFPA, NESC, ASTM, and ANSI safety standards
• OSHA 500 or 510 certification preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
