This role is ideal for a senior-level electrical engineer with experience in the healthcare sector who is looking to step into a leadership role while still staying hands-on with technical design.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical design efforts for medium to large-scale new construction and retrofit projects
• Provide technical oversight and mentorship to engineering project teams
• Review and approve detailed calculations, drawings, simulations, and submittals
• Resolve advanced field issues and RFIs through site visits and coordination
• Develop project workplans and adjust as needed for changes in scope or schedule
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality, timeline, and budget expectations
• Support professional development of junior engineers and team members
