*Position Overview*

We are currently hiring an *experienced HVAC Foreman,* a person who is very specialized as a team leader in an HVAC install team with experience with VRF and ERV, often referred to as a Technical Specialist or Technical Lead. This role involves overseeing a team of HVAC installers and ensuring that they are well-versed in the latest technologies and practices within the field. Team leaders in this context are responsible for guiding their team, managing tasks, and ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and effectively to support commercial installation projects. *HVAC Foreman Responsibilities*

* Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems
* Perform preventive maintenance on continuously operating systems
* Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues
* Work with measuring tools, instruments, and installation equipment
* Read and follow blueprints and system diagrams
* Maintain accurate job documentation and service records
* Collaborate with team members on complex projects involving HVAC design modifications or upgrades for commercial or industrial facilities.
* Document all service activities thoroughly through detailed reports and logs for compliance and future reference.

*Requirements *

* Demonstrated HVAC experience relevant to the role
* Strong knowledge of heating, ventilation, and mechanical systems
* Ability to interpret blueprints and technical plans
* Proficiency using HVAC tools and testing instruments
* Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
* Experience with ERV - Energy Recovery Ventilators
* Experience with VRF - Variable Refrigerant Flow

*Certifications*

* EPA Section 608 Certification (Type I & II or Universal) required for technicians working with refrigerants
* Additional licenses or certifications are a plus

*Preferred Qualifications*

* 5+ years of commercial HVAC experience (Foreman roles typically require 7+)
* Leadership or supervisory experience (Foreman applicants)
* Experience with controls, pipefitting, or advanced system installation
* Strong communication and organizational skills

Pay: $64,666.47 - $77,877.90 per year
