We are seeking a motivated and skilled Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems to ensure optimal comfort and safety in various facilities.

*Duties*

* Install, troubleshoot, and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and plumbing systems across multiple properties
* Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and HVAC design plans to accurately execute installations and repairs
* Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC equipment including boilers, air conditioning units, ammonia refrigeration systems, and other mechanical components
* Diagnose mechanical issues using tools such as ohmmeters and welding equipment to ensure efficient operation
* Perform field service tasks including appliance repair, property maintenance, and system upgrades in accordance with safety standards
* Maintain detailed service records, work orders, and inspection reports for all performed tasks
* Assist with HVAC/R (refrigeration) system modifications or upgrades as needed

*Requirements*

* Proven experience as an HVAC technician or service technician with a strong background in construction or property maintenance
* Knowledge of schematics, HVAC design principles, plumbing systems, refrigeration technology including ammonia refrigeration systems
* Mechanical aptitude with experience operating tools such as ohmmeters and welding equipment
* Ability to read technical diagrams and blueprints accurately
* Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in equipment repair and maintenance of boilers and HVAC systems
* Familiarity with field service operations including appliance repair and property upkeep
* Experience working with mechanical systems such as boilers or ammonia refrigeration is highly desirable

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
