About the Opportunity:

A well-established, multidisciplinary engineering and development firm is seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to join their team in the Clearwater area. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects with a company known for its strong client relationships and repeat business.

Position:

• Title: Civil Engineer
• Location: Clearwater, FL
• Status: Full-Time / In-Office

Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in civil design and site development
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit; Civil 3D experience highly preferred
• Knowledge of surveying equipment and data collection techniques
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Design civil and structural engineering plans using AutoCAD/Civil 3D
• Create land development maps using survey data, aerial photos, and legal descriptions
• Digitize and update as-built civil drawings, including utility and structural layouts
• Conduct on-site field surveys, gather sketches, and collect topographical data
• Coordinate job walks with vendors, contractors, and regulatory officials
• Use surveying tools to establish property lines and project boundaries
• Prepare hydrology, hydraulics, stormwater, and utility design calculations
• Generate technical reports for WQMP, SWPPP, water, and sewer systems

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $90,000–$130,000 (Depending on Experience)
