Position Summary:
As an Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in the growth of the organization by identifying new opportunities, leading the sales cycle, and securing HVAC projects. You’ll collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions while serving as the trusted point of contact for your clients.
Position Details:
- Title: HVAC Account Executive
- Location: Broomfield, CO (Greater Denver Metro)
- Travel: Primarily local with occasional overnight travel
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 (DOE)
- Commission: Monthly payout based on 8% of gross margin (BS/IS sales)

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing
- Present services and proposals to clients across commercial and industrial sectors
- Negotiate terms, manage pipeline, and ensure timely delivery of proposals
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction
- Provide post-sale support and maintain ongoing client communication
- Promote a team-selling culture by collaborating with technical and project teams
- Log activities and forecasts within CRM systems
- Stay informed on HVAC trends, technologies, and competitor offerings
- Represent the company at industry meetings, trainings, and client events
Ideal Candidate:
- 5+ years of experience in HVAC, mechanical contracting, or commercial construction sales
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mechanical Engineering, Marketing, or related field preferred (or equivalent industry experience)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills
- Self-driven and capable of managing multiple priorities and complex opportunities
