- Salary: $100,000–$135,000 (DOE)
- Performance-based bonus (per project)

Responsibilities:
- Lead all phases of assigned projects from initiation to closeout
- Review and approve project budgets, estimates, and costs
- Procure all necessary materials, equipment, subcontracts, and purchase orders
- Organize and maintain project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, change orders, and schedules
- Define manpower requirements and monitor labor tracking and forecasting
- Mentor and train Assistant Project Managers
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules to ensure timely, cost-effective completion
- Develop and manage project closeout schedules and documentation
- Coordinate equipment deliveries and field activities with the project team
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the mechanical contracting industry
- Strong organizational, budgeting, and communication skills
- Ability to oversee multiple projects and work collaboratively with field and office teams
- Knowledge of design-build and retrofit project delivery methods
- US Citizenship required; must pass background and drug screening
