Technical Service Sales Representative to support their growing operations in the Northern Texas region.
This role focuses on service-based sales, account development, and technical customer support within the power systems and NETA services space.

About the Position:
This role is responsible for generating revenue through service-focused sales, developing new customer relationships, interpreting technical requirements, and supporting clients in the power systems and NETA testing industries.
You will work closely with service teams, engineering, and customers to deliver technical solutions and maintain strong account relationships.
This is primarily an inside sales role with no required travel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and engage prospective customers in power distribution and electrical services
- Develop technical proposals, quotes, and service recommendations
- Provide guidance and insight on power systems, switchgear, and NETA-related services
- Support customer onboarding and manage account information with high accuracy
- Analyze market data and customer needs to uncover new sales opportunities
- Respond to inquiries, prepare documentation, and coordinate service order fulfillment
- Collaborate with internal technical and service teams to ensure customer success
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience as a Technical Sales Representative, Inside Sales Rep, or similar role
- Background in power systems, power distribution, switchgear, or NETA environments
- Strong understanding of power circuit breakers, transformers, and related equipment
- Ability to read and interpret technical information and convey it to customers
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
- Customer-focused mindset with an ability to handle multiple priorities
- No travel required; primarily office-based role
