Senior Project Manager – Data Center Construction

Compensation: $125,000 – $185,000+ base salary, plus bonus

Position Overview

The Senior Project Manager will lead data center construction projects from pre-construction through commissioning and closeout. This role requires a strong background in CSA and MEP construction, financial oversight, and stakeholder coordination within mission-critical environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end data center construction projects from planning through turnover
• Lead RFP processes, budgeting, estimating, and pre-bid coordination
• Oversee design development, construction documents, and constructability reviews
• Run project meetings, schedules, milestones, and executive reporting
• Manage contractors, vendors, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• Coordinate closely with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders
• Oversee field execution, commissioning support, and final project closeout
• Track and manage project financials including forecasting, cash flow, and billing

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction project management experience
• Data center construction experience strongly preferred
• Proven background in CSA and MEP construction management
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Procore
• OSHA 30 certification preferred
• U.S. Citizenship required
