VDC Project Manager
Location: Nashville, TN (Hybrid – 3 days in office / 2 days remote)
Compensation: $100,000 – $130,000 base salary + performance bonus (~$15,000)

About the Opportunity
A well-established, integrated facilities and construction services organization is seeking a
VDC Project Manager to lead digital design and construction workflows across complex projects
in the Nashville, TN market.
This role plays a critical part in supporting projects from preconstruction through completion by
driving BIM coordination, execution planning, and model quality. The organization offers excellent

Position Overview
The VDC Project Manager oversees BIM coordination, reality capture efforts, and digital construction
processes to improve constructability, reduce risk, and increase project efficiency. This role
requires close collaboration with designers, subcontractors, field teams, and IT partners to ensure
models align with construction sequencing and project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage BIM and reality capture teams from design through project closeout
- Oversee VDC planning, scheduling, standards, workflows, and execution plans
- Produce and validate BIM models using drawings and point clouds for preconstruction and coordination
- Align VDC modeling efforts with construction sequencing and field activities
- Lead coordination meetings, quality control reviews, and subcontractor follow-ups
- Partner with IT on VDC software and hardware setup, implementation, and training
- Support laser scanning, SLAM scanning, photogrammetry, and data processing workflows
- Ensure VDC deliverables meet internal standards and project requirements
Ideal Candidate
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks (required)
- 3–4+ years of industry experience; candidates with extensive experience (10–15+ years) are encouraged to apply
- Experience supporting VDC efforts for HVAC, piping, plumbing, and/or electrical systems
- Strong knowledge of reality capture technologies, including laser scanners, SLAM scanners, drones, and 360° cameras
- Understanding of point cloud processing and application within construction workflows
- Strong coordination, communication, and leadership skills

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary range: $100,000 – $130,000
- Performance bonus averaging approximately $15,000 annually
